This article provides an overview of a multi-year research project to investigate organic production options for highbush blueberry in the Pacific Northwest. The goal of the project is to evaluate different planting methods, cultivars, fertilization, irrigation, and weed management practices for their efficacy and production costs in establishing an organic blueberry field.
